In May I purchased a 2023 Santa Fe Ultimate Calligraphy. I'm very pleased with the ongoing excellent after-sales support from the Sales staff, Scott, Rob, and Brett. I've had a couple of issues that they went above and beyond in addressing. This team continues to be very helpful in helping me with the technology in particular, that can be very confusing. I've noticed some reviews regarding the increased cost of oil changes but it seems to be the same with other dealers. The new normal perhaps.

When I took my 2004 Accent into the shop, I had no idea that my car was in so much disrepair. The very competent staff at Knight Hyundai pointed out the safety hazards on this car. Once the repairs are done, I can drive away in complete confidence and safety.

Only issue was every time I get the car serviced, the temperature display is in Fahrenheit and not Celsius when I dropped it off, but I’m an old school guy and it’s no problem for me I know both scales

I was concerned about my warranty coming to an end and they provided me with a Peace of Mind check. The cost of my oil change was quoted upfront, filter changes were authorized before completion, old filters were brought out to show the need and the job was completed in a specified time
